In its continuous search to provide better service to its customers, CSAV has developed important improvements to Euroandes Service. These enhancements, were especially developed for the next fruit season, allowing us to provide excellent transit times from the West Coast of South America to Northern Europe, highlighting among them San Antonio to Rotterdam in just 21 days.
As from January 2010, CSAV has reformulated Euroandes Service through:
- Weekly service fixed day.
- The inclusion of a weekly call (SB) in Guayaquil in order to meet demands of refrigerated cargo to northern Europe via Callao, and secondly offer additional coverage for cargoes from northern Europe to Guayaquil, directly.
- The addition of a weekly call (SB) in Manzanillo (MIT) to connect with transshipped cargo in Cartagena.
Above mentioned changes will enable our customers benefit from excellent transit times, such as:
- San Antonio to Rotterdam in 21 days.
- Callao to Rotterdam in 16 days.
- Guayaquil to Rotterdam in 20 days.
- Cartagena to Rotterdam (Non Stop) in 10 days.
Another factor that has been considered is the local situation of each country, so weekly call on fixed days basis has been determined as a crucial factor to do even more efficient shipments of fruit:
- San Antonio: Saturday.
- Guayaquil: Friday.
- Rotterdam: Monday.
