Wireless search of cargo with CSAV
The Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) is a means enabling wireless devices, usually mobile telephones, to see internet pages, showing simple text and images in black and white.
CSAV's wireless applications for WAP telephones provide easy access to the CSAV Search information: at any place, at any time.
Follow these easy steps to begin using CSAV's Wireless Search Application:
Open the navigator of your telephone.
Enter the following address: wap.csav.com
Store the address in your telephone for future reference.
Start to use CSAV’s Wireless Search Application.
See a simulated WAP demo of this service by selecting the following address.
Cargo search using electronic mail
If your internet connection is slow, or if you have trouble in accessing a navigator (browser), you can search your cargo simply by sending us an e-mail.
You can search for up to 6 B/Ls or containers at the same time:
- Prepare a new electronic message.
- In the space "Mail To”, write tracking@csav.com
- In the space “Subject”, write the B/L or container number you want to search for. If you want to search for more than one B/L or container, including a mix of them, separate them with comas.
It is not necessary to write anything in the body of the message.
