CSAV’s corporate governance is led by its Board of Directors, which consists of seven members elected by shareholders at the annual general meeting, in accordance with Art. 31 of Law 18,046 on Corporations.

Undergraduate degree in business administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from the University of Chicago (USA).

He is currently the CEO of Quiñenco S.A., Chairman on the Board of Directors of Compañía Cervecerías Unidas S.A., Empresa Nacional de Energía Enex S.A., LQ Inversiones Financieras S.A., Invexans S.A. and Tech Pack S.A. Mr. Pérez is also Vice Chairman of Banco de Chile and sits on the boards of Embotelladoras Chilenas Unidas S.A., Cía. CCU Argentina S.A., Cía. Pisquera de Chile S.A., Cervecera CCU Chile Ltda., Inversiones y Rentas S.A., LQ Inversiones Financieras S.A., Nexans, Viña San Pedro Tarapacá S.A., Sociedad Matriz SAAM S.A., Sudamericana, Agencias Aéreas y Marítimas S.A., Hapag-Lloyd and is a member of the executive committee of Banchile Corredores de Seguros Limitada.

In December 2023 he became Vice-Chairman of the Board of CSAV and Chairman of Quiñenco S.A. He is also currently Chairman of the Board at Banco de Chile, Banchile Administradora General de Fondos S.A. and Socofín S.A. Mr. Granifo is a member of the Executive Committee of Banchile Corredores de Seguros Limitada and Viña San Pedro Tarapacá S.A. He also sits on the boards of Compañía Cervecerías Unidas S.A., Cervecera CCU Chile Ltda., Embotelladoras Chilenas Unidas S.A., Empresa Nacional de Energía ENEX, LQ Inversiones Financieras, Inversiones y Rentas S.A. and SM SAAM S.A. Mr. Büchi held multiple public offices, such as Minister of Finance (1985-1989), Superintendent of Banks, Minister of Planning and Undersecretary for Health.

Undergraduate degree in industrial engineering and master’s in engineering from Universidad de Chile followed by a Ph. D. in economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, United States).

Mr. De Gregorio is a professor and dean of the School of Economics and Business at Universidad de Chile and a non-resident senior fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics.
Previously, he was an economist at the International Monetary Fund, a visiting professor at UCLA and a visiting researcher at the World Bank. Mr. De Gregorio served as Chairman of the Chilean Central Bank from 2007 to 2011. Before that, he was a council member and Vice Chairman at the institution. From 2000 to 2001, he served simultaneously as Minister of Economy, Mining and Energy.

Karen Paz Berdichewsky

She served as General Counsel at SAAM S.A. from 2012 to 2022, and also as secretary of the Board of Directors and the Directors’ Committee of the parent company, Sociedad Matriz SAAM S.A., where she led the compliance division. During her tenure, she supported all the company’s restructuring and acquisition processes. She also advised the company’s port and towage areas in Chile and abroad.
Previously, she was a founding partner of Mackenna, Irarrázaval, Cuchacovich & Paz, and prior to that, she was a senior associate at Cruzat, Ortúzar & Mackenna, as well as Baker & McKenzie.
Her professional practice focuses mainly on corporate governance, commercial and corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions of major assets, port concessions and contracts.

Felipe Ureta Prieto

Undergraduate degree in business administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He spent most of his professional career at Entel Chile (1994-2022), where he served as Chief Finance and Control Officer and also held director positions for several subsidiaries. Additionally, he oversaw numerous subsidiaries in Latin America and the United States, supporting the company’s international expansion and subsequent divestiture process.
Mr. Ureta participated in real estate renovation processes in Chile, led capital increases, financing initiatives, restructuring and acquisitions, and advised on changes in the company’s business model.
He also worked for Cape Horn Methanol, British American Tobacco Chile, Exxon Corporation (Esso Chile) and the Superintendency of Pension Fund Administrators. He also has investments in agricultural companies.

Óscar Hasbún Martínez

Mr. Hasbún currently sits on the boards of several transportation and logistics industry companies, including serving as Vice-Chairman of the Board and a member of the Audit Committee at Hapag-Lloyd. He has been on the board at SM SAAM S.A. since 2015 and has been Chairman of the Board since August 2017. Mr. Hasbún is a Director of Invexans S.A., Director and Chairman of the Strategic Committee at Nexans S.A. (France), Director of CCU S.A. since December 2023 and Vice-Chairman of SOFOFA since May 2023, having been a director since 2017.
He is on the leadership board of Fundación Chilena del Pacífico and is Chairman of the CSAV Foundation.
In 2002, he joined the Quiñenco Group, where he managed the Luksic family’s investments in Croatia, primarily in the tourism and real estate sectors, until 2011. Prior to that, he served as an executive at Michelin in both France and Chile.

Roberto Larraín Sáenz

Mr. Larraín has been CFO of CSAV since 2018. Beginning in 2007, he was CFO of SM SAAM S.A., leading its spin-off from CSAV and subsequent restructuring before its IPO.
He holds a degree in industrial engineering and a masters in management with a concentration in finance from Universidad de Chile. He has also completed the ESE Advanced Management Program at Universidad de los Andes.
Mr. Larraín currently sits on the boards of Santiago Climate Exchange (SCX), CSAV foundation and several of CSAV’s related companies. Previously, he served as CFO and then CEO of FORESA-Diguillín from 1992 to 1997.
