Paralympic Cyclist Adolfo Almarza Delivers Inspiring Talk to INCO Students

The athlete shared his story of resilience with students from the Instituto Comercial as part of an initiative led by Fundación CSAV.

Paralympic athlete Adolfo Almarza Riquelme shared his life experiences with students from the Instituto Comercial Marítimo Pacífico Sur (INCO) in San Antonio. Held in the school’s gymnasium, the event was organized and promoted by Fundación CSAV.

During the presentation, which was attended by students from 7th to 12th grade, Almarza spoke about his early life, the challenges he has overcome, and his sporting achievements. The session focused on highlighting the various milestones and feats of his professional career.

The event concluded with a Q&A session, allowing students to interact directly with the athlete. Almarza emphasized the importance of perseverance and discipline, telling the young audience not to be defeated by difficulties and insisting that obstacles are also opportunities for growth.

Sebastián Romo, Director of INCO, commented on the visit: “The most valuable part was seeing how the students identified with Adolfo’s story.” Romo also praised the partnership with Fundación CSAV, noting that their support “has been fundamental in making activities like this a reality.”
