Fundación CSAV Drives Improvements in Vocational Education in San Antonio for HVAC and Refrigeration Specialties
Leadership and faculty from Liceo Juan Dante Parraguez visited institutions in Rancagua to align their training programs with the needs of the industrial sector.

As part of our commitment to Technical and Vocational Education (TVE), Fundación CSAV organized a pedagogical session for the leadership, teaching staff, and Academic Coordination (UTP) of Liceo Juan Dante Parraguez. The key activity was a site visit to a high school in Rancagua that also offers the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Refrigeration track.
This valuable opportunity was designed to foster an exchange of experiences, allowing the San Antonio team to identify the industry’s specific production needs. By observing these programs firsthand, they will be able to refine their training curricula, improving the school’s ability to meet current labor market demands.
At Fundación CSAV, we view vocational education as a robust and attractive pathway for students. These initiatives are essential to ensuring both the quality and the educational relevance of the programs offered.
